Alexis brings a sophisticated blend of technical insight, operational discipline, and creative strategy to Suwannee Sunshine Services. Her background in logistics, media and communication arts, and business graphic design allows her to approach challenges with both analytical clarity and artistic intention — a balance that strengthens every facet of the company’s workflow and presentation.
Her logistics experience developed her ability to coordinate complex schedules, streamline internal processes, and anticipate project needs. Combined with her creative training, Alexis plays a central role in shaping the company’s visual identity, marketing communication, and client engagement standards.
At Suwannee Sunshine Services, she oversees scheduling, client relations, permitting coordination, QuickBooks administration, branding, website development, and social media strategy. Her meticulous attention to detail and composed communication style contribute to a consistently refined client experience and a well-organized internal structure.
Alexis understands the deep importance of a functional, beautiful home and brings that empathy into every client interaction. Her dedication to thoughtful service, operational precision, and ongoing improvement strengthens the foundation of Suwannee Sunshine Services as the company continues to expand throughout North Florida.
Kevin spent his formative years in Southwest Florida, where he graduated from Charlotte High School before pursuing higher education at the University of South Florida. With a robust career spanning three decades in the construction industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the field. Recently, he made the decision to relocate to the picturesque landscapes of North Florida, seeking new opportunities and experiences in a region known for its natural beauty.
Throughout his extensive career, Kevin has gained insights into various facets of the construction industry, encompassing both the operational and financial aspects. This comprehensive knowledge has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of Suwannee Sunshine Services, a company that has thrived under his leadership. By integrating his expertise in day-to-day operations with a keen understanding of business finance, he has positioned the company for success in a competitive market.

Jeff Deitz

Nigel Collins is originally from England and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. His extensive career includes 23 years of service in the UK Military, where he worked worldwide before relocating to the United States, where he has lived for the past 27 years.
Throughout his career, Nigel has gained hands-on experience "on the tools" in addition to formal training in various aspects of construction. His skills include design, planning, drafting, construction drawing and plans, 3D rendering, project assessment, and estimating.
Currently, Nigel focuses on promoting Suwannee Sunshine Services LLC to prospective customers. He is dedicated to providing a comprehensive understanding of home improvement projects, including remodeling, renovations, and additions. His commitment is encapsulated in the motto; "If it's about your home, it's what we're about."
Jeff started his construction career working with his grandfather in 1984, doing home renovations from kitchens to additions and everything in between. In the earlier years, he worked in both mobile home and modular housing factories, including designing, setup, and finishing. As a third-party inspector for PFS Corporation, his responsibilities were to inspect mobile and modular home factories to ensure they were building to state and federal codes, working closely with state officials. As the quality control manager for one of the biggest producing factories in the United States, he oversaw multiple in-house inspectors, ensuring quality and code compliance.
The past 20 years have been involved in commercial renovations all over the East Coast, as well as local home remodeling projects. My goal as Suwannee Sunshine Services' Superintendent is to make your project run as smoothly as possible from start to finish, with the highest level of quality and communication possible.
A fun fact about Jeff… in the spare time he has on the weekends, he can be found in various areas around Florida competing in Florida Horseshoe Pitching Association tournaments — a hobby he enjoys when he's not focused on completing projects.
